Requesting an official transcript via National Student Clearinghouse

Montgomery Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the web. Official transcripts are processed electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse’s eTranscript service. This service offers the options to have official transcripts sent via Electronic Exchange or Electronic PDF. Requests can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using any major credit card.

There is a $2.50 fee for each official transcript sent via electronic exchange. Electronic PDF’s have an additional shipping and handling fee of $1.00 charged by the National Student Clearinghouse. You can review your Clearinghouse transcript order request here.

Requesting transcripts by Mail or Fax
