Before you Apply

You will need to obtain the following documents to attach to your application before you get started. The following document formats are compatible with our application software: PDF, Microsoft Word, Notepad, Word Perfect, Window Picture and Fax Viewer. Size limit is 5 MB for each individual attachment.

  • All college transcripts from colleges from which you obtained a degree.

When applying for a position with MCC you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript and if hired will be required to provide an official transcript.

  • Unofficial transcripts may be photocopies of official transcripts or transcripts stamped “Issued to Student”.
  • Copies of college diplomas or other grade reports will not be accepted as unofficial transcripts. Printouts from a college website may be accepted if they clearly indicate the name of institution, name of the graduate and degree award date.
  • If you do not have a college degree, you must submit high school or high school equivalency diploma transcripts showing that you have graduated.

  • Official transcripts must be issued directly from the college to Montgomery Community College and must not be issued to student or hand-delivered by the applicant.
  • Official transcripts may be delivered by mail or email (preferred) to:
