Assistant to the President
Supports the administrative needs of the President, the Board of Trustees, Foundation Board of Directors, and Senior Administration. Oversees the smooth and efficient operation of the President’s Office. Supervises all details for the preparation of Board of Trustees and Foundation Board of Directors meetings and Board and Foundation committee meetings. Sets up Board retreats, Legislative Breakfasts and any other functions dealing with either of the boards. Attends college functions and serves as official greeter of prominent guests and both boards during graduation ceremony. Makes travel arrangements for the President’s office, Board of Trustees, senior administration, and guests of the college. Maintains the record keeping system for the President’s office, Foundation Board of Directors, and the Board of Trustees. Attends Board of Trustees, Foundation Board, Cabinet, and other meetings as requested.

Minimum Qualifications and Degree Requirements: Associate’s Degree and three years of secretarial/clerical experience required. Keyboarding skills of 50 words per minute, advanced word processing and software application skills, electronic devices, and customer relation skills preferred.

Lead Maintenance Technician
This position will provide the performance of moderate to complex level of skilled craft duties in the HVAC and Electrical trade on-campus facilities.

Required: Associate’s Degree or equivalency certification in HVAC and/or Electrical fields and two (2) years of related HVAC and/or electrical experience or a combination of both. Preferred: Five (5) years of related HVAC and/or electrical experience. Salary will be commensurate with relative experience.

PT Phlebotomy Instructor
Part-time Phlebotomy Instructor needed to teach a comprehensive, hybrid 200-hour course that will prepare students to enter the medical field as a Phlebotomy Technician. Qualifications: Two years current clinical experience as a Phlebotomy Technician or other health related fields that include use of phlebotomy skills. Documentation of Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a health-related field from a regionally accredited college or university or current National Phlebotomy Certified from one of the following organizations: ASPT, ASCP, or AMT required. Adjunct Computer-Integrated Machining Instructor
Under general supervision, this individual will prepare and teach computer integrated machining courses designed for career technical programs. The faculty member must be able to instruct a wide variety of topics within the curriculum in a laboratory environment and may be required to teach day, evening and/or weekend hours.  Associate’s degree in machining or a related field from a regionally accredited institution and 3 years of relevant industry experience in computer integrated machining or related field required.  National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certifications for teaching assignment or the qualifications/experience to obtain within 1yr of hire and/or a Bachelor’s degree in a related area of study preferred.  More than 3 years of relevant industry experience in computer integrated machining, post-secondary teaching and/or industry training experience, experience with set-up and operation of conversational mills/lathes, experience with multi-axis on both lathes and mills, and/or experience with set-up and operation of CNC equipment preferred. Open until filled. Instructor will teach a wide variety of Automotive related courses.
Required: Three years of relevant industry experience in an automotive repair facility, experience and proficiency with automotive testing and diagnostic equipment, and teaching and/or industry training experience.

Preferred: Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field-of-study from a regionally accredited post-secondary institution. Current ASE Master Certification with L1, or ability to attain within six months of hire date. 5 years of relevant industry experience in an automotive repair facility, Teaching experience in a secondary or post-secondary automotive technology program, and Experience with assessment of student and program learning outcomes.
