Becky and Eben Wallace served many years in the law enforcement profession. Eben Wallace was a highly-respected sheriff of Montgomery County and also served as Chief Investigator for the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Becky Wallace served as a town officer, a deputy sheriff, a state law enforcement agent, and as the first and only female U.S. Marshall in North Carolina. She is also an alumni of Montgomery Community College. This scholarship is awarded to a student studying in the Criminal Justice program.
