PT Small Appliance Repair Instructor
5 years of approved experience in the appliance repair trade preferred. Instructor will instruct at Southern Correctional Institute in the repair, service, and maintenance of small appliances. The position will be contracted Monday-Friday for 20hrs per week; teaching morning and afternoon classes. Learning Resources Technical Assistant
Multifaceted position providing technical assistance to students, serving as the virtual bookstore liaison and assisting with general library duties. Applicant should possess strong customer service and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office. Associate’s degree and prior work in higher education preferred. Provide professional library services to students, faculty, staff, and community patrons to include reference services, orientations and instruction in bibliographic and electronic resources/databases to all library users. Supervise library operations and library personnel. Additionally, this position researches and develops professional development activities for staff and faculty. Candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as knowledge of emerging library technologies.
