Fitness group warming up for a class

Fitness classes here at MCC are instructed by certified instructor, Tammy Owens. Her courses include Fitness Bootcamp, KettleBell Pump, Kickboxing Beast, along with Strength, Sweat, Chisel, Core. These classes are beginner-friendly but are designed to make you move and sweat. Classes are held throughout the year.
