The North Carolina Community College System designates seven performance measures as core indicators of student success.

The Performance Measures for Student Success Report is the North Carolina Community College System’s major accountability document. This annual performance report is based on data compiled during the previous year and serves to inform the colleges and the public on the performance of the 58 community colleges. At Montgomery Community College, each performance measure has a corresponding goal on the accountable unit’s annual Outcome Assessment Report (OAR). Additionally, an annual summary report of Montgomery Community College’s performance measure standings is provided to the Board of Trustees with an action plan for continued improvement.

(Note: Reports contain data for the previous academic year, i.e. the 2014 report contains data for the academic year 2012-2013)
