High School Equivalency

Are you an adult over the age of 16 who wants to get your high school diploma or equivalent? We
can help you reach your goal, usually in less time than you think! Teachers and tutors provide the materials and encouragement you need. Books may be provided in class for study and instruction.

Classes are held days and evenings, Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays. Some online
classes are available. We will work with YOUR schedule and YOUR comfort level.

After successfully completing exam(s), you may participate in graduation ceremonies held in May
and receive your high school diploma or equivalent.

All classes are FREE!**



Here’s how to get started:
bullet To enroll, you must be at least 16 years of age.
bullet If you are under 18, please click HERE to complete the required Minor Release Form. Instructions are included.
bullet Obtain a transcript from your last school attended. Please click HERE for a transcript request form. Instructions are included.
bullet High school equivalency tests cover five areas of study: reading, writing, social studies, science and mathematics. Not all students need every test. Tests are taken here at MCC. **There is a charge for each test taken. Classes are free.
