NC Registered Forester and MCC Senior Instructor, Mike Thompson, will be hosting a series on forestry and tree care. The following series of courses is intended for forest landowners who want to know more about their timberland, or for forestry practitioners who need a refresher. Each course will be designed as a 3-hour lecture, demonstration, and/or field exercise on the MCC campus, in the Forestry Building, or in the campus forest. Participants should dress for light field conditions including rain gear if the weather calls for it. Handouts and equipment will be provided.
