Strategic Plan

The Planning Council, in concert with the Division of Institutional Development engages in strategic planning which addresses the changing needs of the College and community. The strategic plan is revised every five years to accommodate changing needs and to continue initiatives begun in the previous strategic plan. The opinions of students, faculty, staff, community members, and other stakeholders, collected as part of a comprehensive environmental scan, as well as state and local trends and demographics drive the development of each plan. The relevancy of the College Vision, Mission , Core Values, and College Goals, is examined and subsequently shapes planning goals and objectives. The strategic plan is reviewed annually to assess progress toward long-range goals.
