- Conducted 1 SBC seminar at the Troy Hotel with 8 participants. This program addressed legal considerations for small business owners and was presented by a local attorney in the Troy Hotel classroom beside his office.

Use of Results
- SBC clients who want to start a business in Montgomery County are receiving assistance with business plan development. Most business plans reveal that there is insufficient opportunity for success with this business idea, but a few business plans clearly indicate that this business idea has a good chance for success. SBC Clients with well developed business plans that indicate a reasonable window of opportunity for this business venture have an excellent chance to be successful.
- Small Business owners are utilizing the SBC for assistance with their existing businesses to explore opportunities for market expansion.
- SBC and MEDC are collaborating to assist existing small business owners in our community.
- Part-Time Administrative Support is enabling the SBC to more successfully advertise and market its programs and services.
