Get your fitness on with Zumba, combining dance moves with your favorite hip hop music for a total fitness party. Low-intensity and high-intensity moves create an interval style, calorie burning workout. It’s fun, it’s effective, and it’s made for everyone!

Move it or Lose it! Zumba Gold & Yoga
This class welcomes everyone, regardless of fitness level or experience. Taught by a licensed instructor, it combines Zumba Gold and yoga for a total fitness and stress-relieving experience. Get both for the price of a single class. This is a low-impact, fun workout! Latecomers are welcome, Just jump in at the next song!

GetFit StayFit Boot Camp
Combining back pack training with body weight training will not only improve your overall physical body strength, but will also improve your mind through the mental challenge of the extra weight. Required equipment: 10 lbs. of weight (any items with mass) and a 4-5 foot long stick weighing 3-4 lbs., and work-out cords. Optional Train Mean/Eat Clean nutrition segment will be offered through Montgomery County Cooperative Extension at a discount for students of this class. GetFit StayFit Strength and Core
This class allows individuals to build a strong core with the use of the stability ball and dumbbells. Core training, balance, and flexibility are all included to create a well-rounded program. The multijoint movement patterns will create a real “commotion” in your core!

This is a total body workout with absolutely no joint impact! Non-swimmers can enjoy this workout in waist-to-chest depth water. Aqua Aerobics is perfect for beginners, experts, or in-betweens. No matter what your fitness level, the results of this workout are amazing. Every muscle is worked and you don't even break a sweat!
