Associate degree in information technology, computer science or related field and 1-3 years of network troubleshooting and/or administration required. Extensive knowledge of server operating systems, server hardware and network administration, strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requires intermediate knowledge of all facets of complex network system environments, including VMWare, VLANS, Microsoft Server 2012, Active Directory and Cisco routing/switching hardware.
